For pre-orders made by Dec 18, 2024 items will be expected to ship by the last week of January 2025 or sooner.

Made to Order items can be expected to ship within 4-6 weeks, sometimes sooner.

If you have a date that you need an order by, I would love to work to accommodate you so please reach out.

Because of the meticulous handmade process of these pieces most items are made to order and thus we cannot accept returns. If you are uncertain about a piece and would like more information please do not hesitate to reach out prior to placing an order.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be unworn and unblemished. Please contact the shop directly in this instance for instructions.

Sizing: We understand that sizing can fluctuate even as the seasons change, we recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings at a local jeweler, it is not advised or accurate to size yourself with tape, paper or string.  If you require exchanging for a different size or a size adjustment please reach out to the shop and we will navigate case by case.  For sterling silver made-to-order unless it is a simple sizing up 1/2 to 1 whole size an exchange for the new size will be made and this will follow current lead times for production in the event that size is not in stock. For one of a kind rings as well as any made-to-order gold rings sizing will incur a fee and depending on the style may not be possible, if you are unsure about the re-sizing options for a ring please reach out prior to purchase. 

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders not placed online.

Gift cards and sale items are not returnable. 

In the unlikely event an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it for repairs within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. Outside of this 7 day window, please reach out with your circumstances and we will determine how we can help.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such above returns, exchanges, or sizing and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the item.

Care Instructions for Precious Metal Jewelry

Thank you for choosing handmade jewelry! All pieces and components are made from solid precious metals. To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful, here are some tips to keep it looking its best:

Store in the right place: When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the tarnish-resistant airtight bag or the tarnish-resistant box included with your purchase. This will help prevent oxidation and keep your pieces shiny. Alternatively, wearing your pieces often also keeps them in great shape.

Avoid contact with chemicals: Chlorine, bleach, and mineral pools can quickly cause tarnish or worse damage, compromising the metal and affecting the color of stones, so it's best to avoid those entirely.  It is also best practice to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, swimming, or using lotions, perfumes, or any cleaning products. 

Don't bend or adjust: Bending or adjusting the shape of your jewelry can cause it to become brittle and break. Always handle with care to preserve the metal’s structural integrity.

Cleaning tips:

• For polished finishes, use the included polishing cloth to gently restore the shine. 
• For satin finishes, use a soft bristle toothbrush and a small amount of mild soap. If your brushed satin finish wears and your piece becomes shinier over time (ie rubbing against a neighboring ring may burnish the metal..) and you would like to restore your piece back closer to its original satin luster, a very light touch with scotch brite can do the trick - do not use this tip on or near stones! 

Handle with care: While precious metals are durable, they can be scratched, dented or damaged by rough handling. Pieces with stones can be more prone to damage when care is not taken. We recommend removing jewelry when doing heavy work or activities that could cause wear and tear. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide what level of wear you're comfortable with — on Lauren’s hands are many a well-worn ring shank, and her original High Tide ring has seen some tides and sandy days of its own! (That mirror polish is long gone, but the bright patina that has taken its place is beautiful and unique!)
