Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock and made-to-order product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at the time of order and will follow current fulfillment time noted in the pre-order drop down of the product page.  
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet started being fulfilled. If the order is in production, then you cannot cancel the order, but you may be able to capture a change such as ring size, or select an item to exchange for in the current production timeline window.
